Same Day Delivery

• Orders placed before 12:00 AM will be delivered the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 AM will be delivered the following morning starting 10:00 AM.
• Delivery Fees:
  • AED 10 for orders above AED 100.
  • AED 30 for orders below AED 100.
• Average delivery time is 90 minutes, subject to stock availability and traffic conditions.

1-Hour Delivery

• Available for Dubai locations under these terms:
  • AED 15 for orders above AED 100.
  • AED 35 for orders below AED 100.
• Applicable only to addresses within Dubai city limits.
• Excluded areas: Damac Hills 2, Al Khawaneej 2 & 3, Muhaisnah, Al Qusais, Palm Jebel Ali, Al Aweer, and Dubai South.

Next Day Delivery

• Free delivery for orders above AED 100.
• AED 20 delivery fee for orders below AED 100.

Abu Dhabi Delivery Options

• Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be delivered the same day.
• Delivery Fees:
  • AED 20 for orders above AED 100.

• Same Day Delivery is not available for Al Ain and the Western Region of Abu Dhabi.
• Delivery for Al Ain will be scheduled for the next day, while Western Region deliveries follow a bi-weekly schedule.

Next Day Delivery

• AED 15 for orders above AED 100.
• AED 20 for orders below AED 100.

Next Day Delivery

• Free for orders above AED 150.
• AED 20 delivery fee for orders below AED 150.

Other Emirates Delivery Information(Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah)

Delivery to other Emirates offers next-day service with reliable scheduling. Enjoy seamless delivery facilitated by trusted courier partners.

Next Day Delivery

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
• Deliveries follow the third-party courier schedule (9:00 AM to 10:00 PM).
• The courier will notify customers once the order is out for delivery.

International Delivery Information

• Shipments containing nicotine are subject to seizure or denial by Customs.
• Customers must acknowledge the risk of shipment seizure when ordering internationally.
• Seized or destroyed international orders will not be refunded.
